The South Korean giant Samsung Is not to mention, one of the most popular phone manufacturers in the world. But is Samsung bad? Here are some worst things about Samsung phones.
When android comes to our mind, Samsung flashes in out mind especially if you are your United States. No matter what your budget is Samsung will give you one the best quality phones for your budget.
But Samsung is not free from problems. In this post I will discuss why Samsung is bad.
Bloatware
For someone who does not know what is Bloatware, Bloatware are those apps that are pre installed in your phones.
Bloatware consume space in your phone even when you do not need them. Samsung uses too much bloatware.
A lot of apps are available by Google or other famous apps. But Samsung sends their own version of the app preinstalled in phones.
You can uninstall the apps some time, but a lot of time some apps are non removable. Like a lot users complain about Galaxy Store, and how Galaxy Store automatically downloads apps.
Samsung Photos
For cameras to work good software is also an important part apart from hardware. You might have good camera sensor and have high mega pixel but with out proper editing your photo may not look good.
This is where Samsung lacks. If you have noticed closely, Samsung cameras over process the photos and they look much unnatural. This especially occurs in the low to mid budget Samsung phones.
If you tried iPhone, you will notice a natural shades of color unlike Samsung.
One UI Problems
One UI is one of the best android skins found on the market. A lot people love it. But there is quite some problems with this UI too. Some parts of the One UI is poorly designed, leading to negative user impression. Here are some things disliked by Samsung users:
Fingerprint Scanning
Finger print scanning in mid-range Samsung phones are sometimes terrible. When you have skin problems or finger abnormalities. Sometimes the phone simply does not register your fingerprint.
Even if your fingers are ok, sometimes Samsung phones take long for the low to mid-range phones.
Built in shortcuts
Another thing to be disliked is how Samsung puts its own apps in some shortcuts. Like long pressing the power button launches Bixby in some phones. Again on some mid range phones swiping left from home screen opens up Samsung free.
Slow Charge
For mid-range phones other android competitors give more features like fast charging. Samsung gives lesser speed while charging than other android competitors.
Some brands you may see give even 120w charging, but Samsung gives 45w even with its S22 Ultra and S22+ models.
